
Prenatal Yoga
Join other expectant moms for a gentle yoga designed especially for pregnant women. The class will focus on preparing your body, mind and spirit of childbirth and labour. This is a chance for you to meet other expectant moms and feel comfortable and safe while learning how to open up and let go.This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience necessary!
Mom & Baby (4 wks - pre-crawling)
This class is designed to allow you to regain core strength, tone and flexibility while meeting other new moms. Baby can join you on your mat, rest in a carrier, or stop to feed.
Yoga for Youngsters (3-5 yrs)
Parent Participation mandatory. This class is an interactive and fun class for your energetic preschooler. We will incorporate themes, games, songs into traditional yoga poses to make it an exciting class!
Kids Yoga
An interactive, energetic and playful class that incorporates themes, songs, games and crafts to traditional Hatha yoga poses. Children will learn how to do poses in a fun and exciting way. Suitable for children ages 5 – 9 years old.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga combines breath work, postures and meditation to allow you to come into your center, your heart and build your inner awareness. In this classical style of yoga you can expect to relieve tension, build strength, detoxify, become more flexible, and relax – leaving the stress of everyday life behind.
Hatha Flow
Built on the principals of a regular Hatha class, Flow Yoga is an energetic Hatha class in which poses are linked with the breath. Prepare to break a sweat while you strengthen, tone and increase flexibility.
Candlelight Yoga (Gentle Yoga)
A restorative and gentle yoga with the intention of allowing your body to unwind and relax through a nice flow of Hatha yoga poses. A great way to start or end your week.
